Lady M’s idea is to move from adversity to agency: identify the support a woman needs, then find a useful way for the network to help. Shared learning can reach many people; individual introductions need care.

The quality of a connection matters more than the number of connections.

    Make your case

    Explain your goal, the support you need and what it could change. If you name a member, say why their experience is relevant.

    The application will follow iamtheCODE’s requirements and the member’s own criteria.

    A considered review

    The team will review relevant verification, the case for support and the likely benefit before forwarding a request.

    Member criteria, capacity and safeguarding will guide the review. A strong case is more than an impressive CV.

  3. 03

    Agree a useful next step

    A member can accept, decline or suggest another route. Support might be guidance, shared learning or an introduction.

    No access, response, placement or funding is guaranteed.

Member choice

Members set their topics, criteria and capacity. They decide whether to take a request.

Private review

Applications will be visible only to authorised reviewers and, when appropriate, the verified member or delegate.

Care for younger applicants

Any route for girls under 18 must be supervised and age-appropriate.

A profile helps you understand a member’s experience. It does not provide direct access.
