How to use this website responsibly, and the protections planned for the network.
These are website-use guidelines. Separate participation terms and an application privacy notice will be published before support applications open.
Access and availability
This website introduces the network and its members. Support applications are not open. A published profile is not an offer of direct access, a guarantee of availability or a promise of an outcome. External profile links are for learning about a member’s work.
Respectful use
Do not impersonate a member, harass people, harvest profiles for unsolicited outreach or share private contact details. Do not offer or request payment in return for purported guaranteed access to a member.
Name, logo and member imagery
Do not use the Women in AI Network or iamtheCODE name, logo, or member imagery to imply membership, endorsement, sponsorship or authority to represent the network without written permission. Do not create misleading accounts, lookalike pages or unauthorised network services.
Privacy and planned verification
Public profiles are separate from private application records. The planned gateway will collect only information needed to assess a request, with access limited to authorised reviewers. Its privacy notice will explain the operator, purposes, retention and contact route before applications open. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive case details through this website or the AI companion.
Member governance
The planned member gateway will include secure sign-in, profile confirmation, a Code of Honour and conflict-of-interest declarations. Confidentiality provisions will apply where appropriate. These arrangements and participation terms are still being developed.
The AI companion
The Lady M companion provides AI-generated guidance inspired by her public work. It is not Lady M herself and does not give her approved personal answers. Suggestions relate to public member experience and do not confirm availability. The companion cannot receive applications or arrange introductions. Messages and recent context are processed by Google; avoid sensitive personal details and read the privacy notice.
Concerns and corrections
For a profile correction, privacy question, impersonation concern or misuse of the network’s identity, email apply@womeninainetwork.com. A separate reporting process may be published with the future application gateway.
