Lady M is a technologist and the founder of iamtheCODE, working to expand digital education for women and girls in underserved communities.

Her vision for Women in AI brings that work into the AI era: sharing knowledge, opening opportunities and helping women and girls move from adversity to agency, with the confidence and skills to shape their own futures.

An entrepreneur, crossbench peer and former UK Digital Champion, Martha co-founded lastminute.com and has long advocated for digital inclusion and women in technology.

As Chairwoman, she brings experience across business and public service to the network’s ambition: helping more women participate in, influence and lead the future of AI.

Beatrice is an economist and strategic adviser whose work spans business, philanthropy and international cooperation. She chairs the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce and serves on iamtheCODE’s advisory board.

As Special Advisor, she brings that experience to the Women in AI Network and its commitment to expanding opportunity for women and girls.

As Head of AI at iamtheCODE, Amaan applies AI to improve the foundation’s day-to-day operations. He is also Chief AI Officer at Improvability AI and helps build the network’s tools and workflows, with a background in climate economics and sustainability.
